„Beautiful view across lake to park! Clean house and plenty of amenities! Huge plus to staying here as a family was having three bedrooms so everyone had their own room and 2 and a half bathrooms! Would highly recommend this place! Only thing is to be careful if sitting in the rocking chairs outside by the fire pit… they look pretty but we sat in one and leaned back to relax and the chair filled over backwards!“

„The place was perfect for our stay and small birthday party. The yard was amazing. The three bedrooms are close together and share one bathroom. The other bathroom is an addition off of the kitchen but it is really nice. There could have been more amenities like salt+pepper, wine glasses, etc.. I ended up buying wine glasses and leaving them. Over time, I imagine people will leave more behind for the rest of us. Would definately rent again.“

There was a little confusion getting in, just because the listing doesn't make it look like there are 2 separate sructures (garage/hot tub/ large bedroom w/ mini bar up top and main house with kitchen/ pool table/ bedrooms/ living room down by the lake). However, the home itself is lovely, and in a prime location on the lake! Shower curtain and bath rugs up top weren't the cleanest, but the rest of the home was in great shape. ...

„Property has pretty much everything you need and even a few neat features like heated floor in the bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The murphy bed could use some extra cushion but wasnt bad. Overall nice stay and caught plenty of fish in Briggs Lake from one of the provided SUPs.“
