„The Bear Cabin is a such a gem. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Hot tub is a total added bonus. The cabin had everything we could need and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins away. We wish we stayed longer!“

„We used this house for our annual cousins ski trip to NH. Great house, lots of rooms with plenty of beds. One thing to be aware of, the driveway was a bit steeper & on a curve than we expected. It had snowed and took a while for one of my cousins (even with an expedition) to get out of the driveway. David was a great host, very responsive for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend.“

„The house was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time We had a pretty big group and the house was comfortable enough for all of us including kids and a dog. Did not feel crowded at all. Hosts were wonderful, very accommodating with late check out and asking if we need anything. The views from the house are spectacular, you dont need to go out at all honestly, you would have a good time just enjoying the house amenities and the views, def worth the drive from NY“

„Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. „Nestled in between Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch, this was the perfect place for us as a couple interested in hiking. While there wasn't a lot in the direct vicinity for shopping or eating, this was centrally located to just about anything you would want to do in the White Mountains. Host was extremely easy to work with even when I had to cancel my initial reservation. “
