„I love love love this apartment. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my friend. The bed was comfortable. The living room had the right amount of space and Very clean. It smelled good. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host of the apartment Had very clear communication and responded Immediately with any questions we had. When I come back to visit New York, I do plan on rebooking. The location and neighborhood is also amazing. Very quiet and safe. “

„Good bed, towel, and pillow. Good communication with the owner and good internet. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved; I suggested to the owner to pay more attention to the window since the spaces next to the air conditioner were covered with pieces of cardboard, leaving the apartment unprotected and very noisy. We were on the first floor, and it felt like anyone passing by on the street was right inside the room, given the lack of proper protection.“

„The location is excellent and the space is perfect, especially if you have more than 2 people. A few things to be aware of that aren’t in the listing is that it is a 3rd floor walk up with steep, narrow stairs and the two main bedrooms are street facing and it’s loud all night. The back bedroom is quieter but it is off the kitchen with no door and a double bed. “

„This property is truly a gem! A gorgeous historic building that is only a couple blocks from Bryant Park, The New York Library, Grand Central - the list goes on! We came for a trade show and this really was the perfect spot to end our busy days at. Alex is a most gracious host and was readily available anytime we had a question!! They also had a lovely girl who was at the front desk if you had any needs. Overall I am so grateful we found this listing and will absolutely be back! “

„Es paßte alles, ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Wir waren zu dritt in einem Studio mit Schlafnische und Schlafsofa. Das Bett in der Schlafnische war sehr bequem, die Matratze des Schlafsofas hätte bequemer sein können. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Küche haben wir bis auf den Kühlschrank nicht benutzt, da wir immer essen gegangen sind.
