I was overall satisfied with the stay. The only concern I had was that I wasn't informed that a change in accommodation was needed (the apartment I initially booked had water problems) until AFTER I reached out about the check-in process the day before. I received a response back on the day I was checking in, even though the problem had obviously occurred if not days, weeks beforehand and it seemed I wasn't going to be told about this until I showed up. This could have been a bigger problem because the new accommodation (a cabin) did not include bed linens and towels (something that was included with the apartment). Luckily I had enough time before driving there to get these things packed, otherwise I would have shown up with nothing. So, I guess better communication with guests - especially when changes are necessary could be improved!
