„Older villa but very clean. Great position and very quiet surroundings. Valet transfers both excellent. Use of cart perfect for getting around the island. Would stay again with no issues.“

„On arrival we were greeted by our friendly valet,Dean who gave us instructions on our buggy use and showed us some highlights of Hamilton Island on the way to our accomodation. We had access to a buggy the whole stay which was perfect to get around and oh so easy to use. Our accomodation was wonderful with AMAZING views. „Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island.“

„This was a family celebration and holiday for my 70th birthday. There were 4 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 9-14. We each had our own bedroom and there were 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor and dining areas. The hosts were amazing and the few problems we had were fixed immediately. I can highly recommend this property“

„Our fourth trip to Hamilton Island. The setting is lovely but the property is showing its age. Hair dryer didn't work. Tiny TV in the bedroom was faulty. Safe didn't work. Floors were a bit grubby. For the price, if you are travelling to Hamilton Island I would certainly explore other alternatives.“

„Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group.“

„Stayed October 2024. The house is pretty much as they described in the listing. We had a family of 8 and the layout worked quite well for us. Plenty of entertaining area both inside and out. The view is amazing we could see turtles and sharks from our balcony!! The pool area we did not use at all as was in such a bad position and sitting outside at the property smelt quite badly (not sure if it was sewerage) and seemed very run down.
