„Very happy with our stay we we're ice fishing in the Merridith derby and this was a perfect location. Drive right out on the ice with the truck and the cottage had great heat and awesome hot water shower. Will be back“

„Awesome place for a getaway. The cottage is fully stocked and has everything you could need. The hot tub is especially nice and is in tip top shape. Loved being in the hot tub and watching the stars. Enjoyed the fire pit! Barbequed on the grill and ate dinner on the porch .porch. Kitchen was easy to cook ineverything. “

„We had an amazing stay at this property for the week. We are a family of 4 plus a small dog. 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for a small family! We were within an hour to so much and our stay was just perfect. We rented kayaks from Ski Works who were also great. Great trip and we would absolutely rent again! Carol & Gene are great!“

„The property is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The owner has everything you might need. Plenty of towels. Clean linens. The view was outstanding! The neighbor was awesome and helped us out tremendously. The check in was horrible with Vacasa. Not the property owners fault. After driving 14 hours and arriving late in the evening (7:00 pm) the keys were not in the lockbox. Then after contacting Vacasa, we did not receive keys to the property until after 9:00. Once we received the keys ...

„The only issue we had with the house was that the upstairs shower would not work. We also did have to shovel the landing and steps when we first arrived. The heated garage was nice to put our ice fishing gear in to dry out overnight. Plenty of room to move around. Overall, I would rent it again in the future.“

„Wonderful location, beautiful views across the lake. House was very clean, downstairs shower had two shower heads, no shortage of hot water when all showers were used. We brought two boats and 8 people show up (one couple and 6 singles). Everything was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked great, nice apple orchard down the road that also sells fire wood ($60 for pickup load). We parked two trucks with trailers and 5 other cars across the street and in the driveway. It’s a dead end road with ...

„This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!“

„Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull ...

"We got no room with Lake View. The room looks very old disign, bit the bathroom was new and clean. The Beds are absolutely not confortable. The walls of the rooms are really thin, we could hear every word our neighbour said the whole night. So we got no sleep. No breakfast included, you can get breakfast at the restaurant, the reception woman told us we will get a discount, but we got no discount."
