Waterfront remodeled 5 Star 1st floor condo located in Downtown Historic District on the quiet south end of the Cape Fear Riverwalk! Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and water views while you lounge or dine on the large fenced private deck. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, events and local attractions.

OWNER PROVIDES PARKING SPACE

Master Bedroom: Sweet dreams on this King Serta "Cool to touch" Memory Firm Mattress with Crown and Ivy cotton linens and down and feather pillows. Full size dresser and 55" smart TV.

Bath: Custom high end bath with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

Kitchen and Dining: Dine alfresco on the patio along the river or inside at your hight top table for 2. Full kitchen, well equipped with Keurig coffee maker, pods and supplies.

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable living room with Poly and Bark Italian leather sofa overlooks the Cape Fear River. When it's time to drift off to sleep, the easily retractable sleeper sofa will send you to dreamland in no time.

Perfection in Wilmington: A 5-star vacation rental which deserves 10 stars.
This is a CLEAN, well designed, and nicely appointed riverside rental which deserves its many accolades. The location is unbeatable, with many restaurants and historic sites within walking distance, and the Riverwalk itself on the other side of the deck gate. The view from the deck, where I spent lots of time reading, is constantly changing with the time of day and the cloud patterns. It’s a mesmerizing photo op! The unit itself includes a living room with comfortable furniture and a small L- shaped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering, a large screen smart TV, and good lighting from both overhead and floor lamps. A high top table for two completes the living area. The hall has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a stackable washer dryer unit in a closet. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed as well as a large screen TV, ample closet and drawer space, and bedside lighting. It is perfect for a couple, and my husband and I relished our relaxing visit. We didn’t t do as much sightseeing as I expected because the comfort and peace of the unit called us to stay. A parking voucher gave us place at a nearby parking lot. We highly recommend this slice of perfection in Wilmington. 😎👍👍

Wow, this place is absolutely perfect.
Carole has done an amazing job with this condo. Everything from the modern renovation, design, and furniture, to the most comfortable King bed, to the little thoughtful touches, such as the helpful info booklet, providing ample toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods.... And on top of that, the location is the talk of the River Walk. Seriously, every person that walks by takes notice of the beautiful patio and location right on the river. I'm sure she has no issues keeping this place booked, so if it's available, I say book it! While it's in the middle of some foot traffic, it feels tucked in and private, with curtains, and blinds when you want it. It really does look as lovely as the photos! You cannot beat that view of the river! This was probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Oh, and the place is immaculately clean, and Carole checked in on us several times during our stay.

Anniversary Getaway
This was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location was just want we needed for a relaxing trip. We spent a lot of time exploring the immediate area, trying restaurants (We highly recommend brunch at Rooster & the Crow, which is just steps from the condo!), checking out shops, and taking boat tours. Places like Wrightsville Beach and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater were easy to get to and from.

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic time staying at this property on the Riverwalk. It gave us a chance to explore downtown Wilmington in the comfort of an adorable riverside condo with a great patio with views. The property was as advertised and extremely comfortable. We were steps away from the touring boats, fantastic restaurants and cocktails! Carole our host was accessible and lovely to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Cozy Stay in Historic Wilmington
My wife and I loved this cozy, well-appointed apartment on the River Walk in Wilmington's historic district. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was ideally located for exploring downtown. Carole was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. One note: the living room walls are very thin; expect to hear your neighbors--and to have them hear you. That said, it was very quiet after 10 and we had no trouble sleeping. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely River Walk condo
Location, location, location! Beautifully decorated condo right on the River Walk! Terrific location. Short walk to downtown restaurants & shopping. Great communication with our host. Obvious that comfort & care are priorities for Carole. The home was well equipped with everything needed for our stay including a notebook full of valuable information regarding restaurants, nearby activities, etc. Should we return to Wilmington we would definitely not hesitate to stay again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
