Alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Hauses weg von zu Hause mit Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit Kingsize-Bett, zweites Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und drittes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Etagenbetten, Deckenventilatoren in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, Free Wifi, 3 Farbe Kabel-TV, (erweiterte Kabel) 2 VCRs, 2 DVD, CD / W AM-FM-Stereoanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Außerhalb des Hauses, hat es ein Stranddeck mit einem Kind / Hund Tor und direkt am Strand in Veranda mit Schaukel, ein Picknick-Tisch für direkt am Meer speisen und Schaukelstühlen den Blick aufs Meer, Außendusche, Sonnenterasse und Holzkohlegrill zu genießen. Perfect beach home!!
Wow! This is one of the first times I've rented a beach house and found not a single thing I would change. It was perfect in every way. As soon as you walk in the front door you're hit by the amazing views. The kitchen is well-equipped including dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room is comfortable and accomodating. The beds are all comfortable. One of the very best features of the home is the screened in porch overlooking the ocean. An outdoor shower and hose are conveniently placed so you can rinse off after every trip to the beach. We set up our pop-up right outside the back door. If you need to go back to the house for anything it's just steps away. We spent days boogie boarding, beach-combing, relaxing; nights ghost crab hunting and watching the fireworks! Just perfect. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful home!

Screened porch bliss
Great stay. Screened porch is the star - cut the cool breezes that sent everyone else inside. Beach was not crowded even though near two public access points. Perfect beach for your dog. People/community very friendly and courteous. A very relaxing peaceful week.

Great Beach Cottage
Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Dolphin Watch. The home is exactly what we look for in a cottage on the beach. Comfortable, clean, and inviting in an old school way. Is it opulent? Nope. But it feels like your home away from home. Topsail charm without the prentenciousness. It truly has all you'll need in the kitchen to boil up some shrimp and grill some fresh snapper. As a big bonus in August, the AC ran perfect. My teenage daughters loved the hot water capacity too! The owner has stocked a homemade spice Cajun rub that is excellent!

Already Planning Next Year!!
My husband, our four kids, my mom, and our two dogs just spent an entire week at Greg’s place. We had the most fantastic time right from the start. The best part about the whole place is the amazing screened in porch that allowed us to be outside at all hours of the day, regardless of the weather, with a full view of the ocean. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We already can’t wait to return next summer. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Perfect Beach Cottage
This was our first time staying at this property and me and my family had a wonderful relaxing time. The screen porch was perfect for the kids to eat lunch outside at the picnic table and read in the swing and rocking chairs in the afternoons. The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location. Quiet part of the beach, mostly other families. We loved being able to just walk down and be right on the beach to swim or fly a kite. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We would definitely book here again if we return to topsail beach.

There isn't one bad thing to say about this trip. The house was just right size on a beach that wasn't overcrowded. The weather was perfect during our trip. Two small thunderstorms in the evening after beach time was over. Great place to stay. Will definitely be looking to book a return trip 😁

This is the perfect beach cottage. It has an excellent view of the beach with immediate access off the front deck, has a wonderful screened in porch (and deck), clean, well equipped kitchen, hall bathroom was particular good as it was a large size and had excellent water pressure. Excellent stay at Greg's place
I come to Topsail every year, and it is always my (and my family's) favorite time. This year it was just my kids, husband, and my parents, and we felt very at home. Greg's house was the perfect size, and had all of the things we needed to keep us comfortable. We LOvE the screened in porch and the ability to hang things inside it like swimsuits. The best part though, was how close the property is to the beach. As I said before we stayed at several houses and a lot of them have a very long walk to the beach even on the deck and stairs down to the beach... My parents are aging now and it's difficult for them to walk too much up and down a lot of stairs that are steep this was so perfect. Thank you again for having us!

SURF SIDE RELAXATION
What a surprise! The emails sent from the Owner were spot on! the Check-in process went smooth, the keys were in place, the Interior was very clean and the layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room were great! Even our little dog had a great time! The Screen Room and open deck were great and even the sun cooperated with mostly sun and some clouds, walking the beach was a great start and end to restful and relaxing days. There are only GREAT days at the beach!

Everything about this place was accurately listed. The location was perfect and ocean front views were perfect. The covered porch and open deck provide a great space to enjoy the outdoors. The owner was nice and very responsive to any questions we had. It is far enough away from businesses and distractions, but close enough to be anywhere in 5-10 minutes. Would love to have stayed longer than two weeks, but it was time to go back to work! Maybe one day in the future.

Fantastic place to stay and relax
We loved our stay at Dolphin Watch. The sunrise is not to be missed. The property is well taken care of, and Greg is quick to respond to any questions that we had. There were many amenities available to use including beach chairs, sand toys, cooking items including pots and pans, books and puzzles. Our dog, who typically is not comfortable in new places, immediately took to the house and felt comfortable exploring the house on his own. Just the ability to sit out on the outside or screened in porch and watch the ocean was a dream come true. With it being wintertime, the beach was quiet, and we were able to relax and play in the sand. The town of Surf City has several local places to grab a bite to eat or pick up some fresh seafood to cook at home. We would not hesitate to book with Greg again if we were vacationing in the area.

Absolutely amazing place!
We stayed here for a week as we were waiting on our new home to close and it was amazing. Everything about it was incredible, the location (Literally on the ocean, you can't get any closer), very clean and organized, comfortable beds, incredible screened in patio with a swing that we loved, and then the regular deck off of that. It had everything we needed and more. Convenient to everything, very quiet location, hardly anyone on the beach when we went. The Owner was incredibly accommodating as we had dogs and they loved waking up for daily walks on the beach, they seemed depressed now that we aren't there anymore, LOL! The Owner was extremely communicative and we would not hesitate to stay here again and plan on actually making this location our yearly rental even though we live in the area now. You will not be disappointed.
