The Sutton getaway w/ pool and private backyard.

A family friendly home with a great outdoor space and private pool. Located in the center of Wilmington, just a short distance from the beaches or historic downtown. Fur babies welcome, Lyla the cat lives here full time, and we ask to please open a provided fresh can of food for her daily.
As we are pet friendly, but PLEASE DO NOT allow dogs in the pool. The hair gets in the pump, and without the knowledge of how to clean it, it will ruin the pump and leave you without a pool.

Couldn’t possibly get any better
Loved my stay at this wonderful place. The owner was so incredibly accommodating and nice and it was a great place that was well appointed and conveniently located to anything you’d need. You can tell the owner took great care of the place and thought out her guests stay with everything you’d need. The beds were very comfortable, it was superbly clean, had games, books, apps on tv, and just the perfect set up for an incredibly stay. I’d come back again and again! Thank you for such an incredible stay!

The owner says it’s very hot outside and everyone s A/C is having a hard time keeping up. No, mine at home is fine! Set temp was 69, everyday got up to 76 degrees I kept all doors closed and lights off.

Sutton Place was very well represented! It is close to downtown Wilmington, Carolina Beach and UNCW, but located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Very family and pet friendly. The house kitty is very sweet!

Relaxing quick stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3 night stay at Shelley’s house! It’s just what the kids needed before they head back to school. Short distance to the beach and perfect sized relaxing pool for non beach days and evenings. Very close and easy to get to proximity for essential shopping and dining. The house has everything our family of 5 plus fur baby needed and we felt very welcomed and at home while we were here. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Our stay was good. We had a little trouble checking in because of information not posting. Not sure of the reason. We contacted the owner and got what we needed. Although towels, dish towels etc. were furnished we used our own. The cookware could have been better but it served the purpose. The water dispenser was great to have and we enjoyed the pool.
