Private French Style Chalet sitting on four acres located in the heart of Southern California's Temecula wine region, neighboring a handful of wineries within mile of the property.
Chateau Vino was freshly renovated in 2022 with the intention of entertaining large groups. Fun getaway
The house itself is lovely—well-kept, nicely furnished, and comfortable for a group. Unfortunately, there was a fairly large leak in the living room due to heavy rain right as we checked in. That said, the homeowner responded quickly and handled it to our satisfaction.A couple things to keep in mind: the bunk room doesn’t have a nearby bathroom, so anyone staying there will need to go through another bedroom to shower. It’s manageable, just not the most convenient setup.We also received a message from the management company while we were playing games during the day poolside. While we understand the strict noise ordinance at night, this was in the afternoon and felt a little unnecessary for some casual daytime fun.Overall, it’s a nice place with a few quirks. We’d consider staying again, especially with a little more sunshine.

Amazing Place to Celebrate
We booked Chateau Vino to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. We wanted a home that fit our whole family comfortably. The house is amazing and having space to relax, eat, and enjoy the outdoors with seating for all was perfect. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again.

A Beautiful Venue
Chateau Vino is beautiful venue and perfect if you enjoy wine tasting, it's right in the middle of many lovely vineyards! We had 13 people for the weekend, and there were plenty of bedrooms. The lucky ones got bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and extra rollaway beds if needed. Susan, our host, was very courteous and responsive prior to and during our stay. We did need the handyman to be called a couple of times over the weekend; smoke detector beeping when we arrived, and some electrical outlets weren't working in bedroom/bathroom.The handymen that came were very courteous and attentive. I'm glad we brought all our food, drinks, etc. We had to stock the kitchen. They do have everything else. We had a fabulous weekend, and so happy we stayed at Chateau Vino!

40th Birthday for my wife
We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday at Château Vino with some of her best girlfriends and a few husbands. The experience was exactly what we had hoped for. There was absolutely plenty of room, the location was perfect, and the communication with Susan was the best. Our favorite thing about the house was the size of all the bedrooms, everyone felt like they had a special room. We had a chef come and make a six course dinner one night, and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for it. The only challenge we had was that for such a big kitchen, it needed some stocking. However, as soon as we told Susan, she literally Instacarted anything we needed and we had it within 30 minutes. It was the best! Château Vino was more than we could’ve hoped for. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had a group of seven couples come visit Château Vino for the weekend in Temecula Valley. The house is very spacious and accommodated all of us very easily. Everything was clean and we were very pleased with the entire stay. We made dinner at the house Friday night, went to several vineyards on Saturday that are conveniently very close to the house. I would highly recommend this VRBO to any large group that wants to stay in Temecula Valley!!

Extended family getaway
Our family of 14 consists of a variety of individuals - 80 and handicap down to a 1 year old - and we were looking for a home that could not only accommodate all of us, but also be in a location with activities that everyone could enjoy. Chateau Vino was just perfect. The common areas were spacious and comfy and everyone got their own large bed. The pool was always warm. The kitchen was great for cooking big family meals. Wineries were super close. Susan was fantastic to work with. I’ve already shared the property with a number of friends and would definitely go back when we do our next family gathering.

We had a nice group trip and stayed at this lovely location. Many highlights of the location. Plenty of space for us and the kids. We couldn't get the kids out of the pool. KFF multiple birthday bash!
The wood, tile and other treatments in the home are spectacular. The kitchen is almost TOO large but what a wonderful problem when prepping for 14! The pool and jacuzzi were used extensively and the whole backyard area was wonderful. The location was ideal...we spent two days prior at Disneyland then drove the hour down to Temecula where we drove through lush vineyards and past multiple wineries (which we took advantage of several times!) and arrived for our week's stay. Besides the wineries we were able to jump off to a Lake Elsinore Storm baseball game and the San Diego Safari Park, both less than an hour away. After celebrating a 55th birthday Friday night (the "great room" was truly great for this) we relaxed Saturday before reluctantly leaving Sunday morning. Other than the heavy accumulation of spider webs around some of the backyard decor (it's been one of those seasons in SoCal) the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this property for almost any occasion!

Best Accommodation
We had 4 generations at Château Vino. It was stress free and self contained to be with family to grieve recent deaths and to celebrate new family members. The pool, the kitchen and the comfortable seatings were the highlights for our congregation. We are sooo grateful for Susan’s accommodations before and during to make our stay one of the most harmonious gatherings! Thank you for sharing this magical castle!
