The property is conveniently located just 1-2 miles from town, whether you prefer to travel by land or water. You have the option to rent one side of the 3200 sq ft unit or both (each rented separately, this listing includes one unit).

Our spacious home features two master bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The large 3rd-floor open loft adds additional sleeping space and a cozy lounge area. There are also two half baths and a wet bar/living space downstairs. Stay entertained with seven flat screen Roku TVs throughout the home, including one in the living room, bedrooms, and even bathrooms.

Please note that there is a maximum of two dogs allowed, weighing under 25 lbs each. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must not be allowed on beds and linens, must be crated if unattended, and must be leashed outside the property. Please be aware that the property requires stairs for access and has an open stairwell to the 3rd floor where children are likely to stay. For the safety of small children, we recommend bringing additional baby gates.

📜 House Rules and Policies:
1. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
2. No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture and beds.
4. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the host. If you would like to host a party or event, please contact the host to discuss and obtain approval. All parties and events must adhere to the house rules and policies, as well as any additional guidelines provided by the host.
5. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low during this time to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved by the owner in advance. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Please treat the home and its amenities with care. Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay. Dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, and follow any additional guidelines provided by the host.
9. Please adhere to all local laws and regulations during your stay. Observe all community rules and regulations as well.
10. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being. *If the golf cart is available and you choose to rent it at an additional cost, it is understood that ONLY a licensed driver may operate it under extreme caution, using the parking break and not to exceed 5 mph. You also agree to assume all liability and take full responsibility of any and all damages physically or mechanically. Anyone who violates this rule, anyone driver under the age of 16 operating the golf cart may be asked to leave the premises without any refund and WILL be fined a $1500 a penalty. Damages and fines will be billed and due no more than 20 days of departure. The cart will be inspected for unusual wear and tear and excessive usage. It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families travelingwith elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy.
11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances.
12. Any violations of the house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, and/or eviction from the property.
13. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
14. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Please check with the host for more details.
15. Photo ID may be required upon check-in, along with a list of guests and ages of children.
16. Please indicate if you will need access to a covered boat slip.
17. Propane tanks are available at the nearby gas station/convenience store. Kindly refill them prior to checkout.

Failure to comply with the rules and policies may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction from the property. Guests release the Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from their use of the Property and its amenities. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims or actions brought against the Owner as a result of their actions or negligence.
3. Personal Property:
Guests are responsible for their own personal property and belongings during their stay. The Owner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Compliance with Laws:
Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during their stay at the Property.
5. Maintenance and Damages:
Guests agree to notify the Owner immediately of any damages or maintenance issues that occur during their stay. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or intentional actions.
