„This property is absolutely beautiful. It is set up perfectly for large groups. The location is gorgeous and you could spend the entire time exploring just this property! The house manager is wonderful and overall it was a great experience. I would only change two things: the mattresses could use a change and I would have loved to have some black out curtains- but I’m not a morning person so if you don’t mind bright sunshine in your room at 6:30am you’ll be fine!“

„What an idyllic piece of paradise! The lovely home with its gorgeous views and refreshing breezes was pristinely clean thanks to Linda! We loved the breezy porch surrounded with coconut trees with glimpses of the aqua colored waters. The house appeared recently painted and updated. It was well outfitted and included snorkeling gear as well. The beach was deserted and the water entrance sandier than some with great snorkeling. „We enjoyed our time in the Bahamas, wonderful food, beaches and people! However the property was rough! Hard to swallow paying that much money on a run down house and a rough road on the property. I’ve addressed these concerns with the management but have yet to of heard back from them. Long story short, view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Pictures of home online are not current.“

„This is the best vacation house ever! We explored many beaches on the island but the one in front of Holiday House was the best by far. The house is spacious and perfectly appointed for a party of 9. The interior is designed beautifully, the outdoor space is very comfortable. Dom & Joy are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to assure a great stay. We will definitely be back.“

„My family of 6 (including 3 children and 3 adults) had an amazing visit to Eleuthera at Sunset Villa hosted by Robert and Susanne. The home was open and bright, with wonderful airy breezes thanks to the screened-in doorways. The highlight was the screened-in patio where we ate our meals beside the ocean each day. Susanne and Robert were in the adjoining guest house, yet we still had space and privacy. The house had everything we needed (including snorkel equipment and various outdoor toys for ...

„We absolutely loved the location right on the beach; and most mornings had it all to ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and there were plenty of linens. The clubhouse was a 5-minute walk away and we usually had the pool to ourselves as well. What would make this unit even better is to replace the artwork (as shown in the VRBO photos) that has been removed and to give the unit a deep clean - it's starting to show a little wear and tear. "Das Haus ist vollständig modern eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Honig, öl und vieles mehr ist vorhanden. Zentral gelegen ist man mit dem Wagen schnell im Norden oder Süden. Restaurants, Shops, Farm schnell erreichbar. Der Strand vom riesigen Grundstück erreichbar ist ein Traum. Eine Tagestour mit dem Boot von Todd Pinder ist nicht billig aber jeden Cent wert. Lachelle ist immer erreichbar und hilft mit Reservierungen und gibt gute Tipps. Alles Top, zu 100% zu empfehlen."

Wonderful Experience

"The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of 12. It is in the perfect location over looking the ocean with a soft pale pink sand beach just down the steps. We were near to many restaurants in Governor's Harbor, but the house also had everything we needed to make our own meals. What really put our stay over the top was the wonderful care taker of the house Sherri. She not only made us a fantastic seafood dinner, but she was prompt with helping us with recommendations for the island. She even helped me learn more about my family from the island. This made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat."
