„We came for the night and the location was perfect. In walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean, easy, no complaints. If there is a game/event at the XL Center then you should know that on-street parking may be difficult. This isn't a problem, just something to be aware of.“

It was convenient to town - the teens loved access to DQ, pizza shops, etc just a few minutes away. „I want to preface my review by stating we had a wonderful time. We needed a getaway to unplug and relax and we were able to do just that. The area was beautiful, nature-plenty, quiet, secluded. There were a few unexpected glitches but nothing that we couldn't improvise around. Having said that, the listing said queen size beds, but they were only full, so my husband and I stayed in separate rooms which was sad . „Can’t beat proximity to downtown and other CT locations.Unfortunately we were hit with icy conditions so we could not enjoy all it has to offer. Owner checked in on us and kept driveway safe and clear. We really appreciated his hospitality.The rental was well equipped with everything you need. I LOVED the sunny kitchen to enjoy my morning coffee.We’ll definitely come back when it is warmer!“

„Fast Alles ok, so wie es sich für ein 4 Sterne Haus gehört. Nur das Frühstück war sehr karg. Normalerweise achte ich nicht so auf Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltfreundlichkeit etc. aber in diesem Fall sind die vielen Einmalverpackungen, gerade beim Frühstück, sehr ins Auge gestochen. "Actually nicely located but unfortunately the building needs a total makeover. Old fashioned bathrooms, old carpets, horribly noisy fridge in the room and a toilet flush that was earsplitting loud. Staff not very flexible when arriving earlier and ask to park the car and not very communicative to tell you where the Downtown area is…. All in all acceptable for one night, but not longer!"
