„I took my three daughters on a girls weekend trip and wanted to do something different… This houseboat was perfect! Not only did it have every amenity we could need, but the rooftop was spectacular, the home was modern and efficient, and Brian was an amazing host!“

„What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. „We had a pleasant stay in Mr. Farrow’s home. It’s spacious, clean, and felt like home. Doc made sure we had everything we needed. We barely noticed that he was sharing his home with us. He was very accommodating to our needs and responded to us within a reasonable time. We would definitely stay here again.“

„At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. „We had a wonderful Sisters’ weekend at your place. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The bedrooms were very unique and the bathrooms Beautiful! The neighborhood was great, we walked to bookstores, wine store, great spots for food. It was just a short drive from the train station, parks, and museums. Thanks for a great time.“
