Slopes are accessed via a short walk (approximately 150 yards) to the “Corridor” ski trail which provides direct access to the Gondola, Arrow or Gemini lifts. For those who want to venture to the base area but not ski the Green line bus stops at Base Camp.

You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa's beautiful warm interior, boasting high-end designer furnishings, cozy mountain touches, in floor radiant heating, Wolf gas range, massive dining table and a beautiful stone fireplace. This home has one of the best location and views available, situated next to the Winter Park Resort base village, with a ski trail just outside the building that will take you directly to the Zephyr gondola. Beautiful House in good location
We had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The heated garage was a great place to keep our gear. The ski in was very convenient, but the ski out was a bit of a hike especially for our younger family members. Over all, this location is fabulous with easy walking or shuttle access to the winter park base area and gondola. We’d stay here again.

First... cleaning crew delayed our entry which was a BIG problem. Secondly..... clogged bathroom sink... ceiling fan and light was inoperable. Ironing board but no iron and the patio door locks you out. Otherwise.... nice property!

Great location and beautiful, comfortable place
Beautiful home with great location. We absolutely would come back and stay. The beds were very comfortable. Just a couple notes - lots of stairs (but that’s normal for the area) and we appreciated the downstairs bedroom/suite for my 88 year old grandmother. Also, it’s more of a hike-in/out than ski-in/out but we still appreciated having the access for the teens.

Worth Every Penny
This place was perfect for our group of nine. Grandparents, adult children and their partners,and three teenagers. We were all very comfortable. My daughter, who has no kids,slept in the lower level and had plenty of privacy and their own living room. My husband and I had the master which was wonderful. My son and his kids were in the other two bedrooms. We all fit around the large table for breakfast and dinners. I enjoyed cooking and lacked nothing. I requested a humidifier and they brought two. I also needed another toaster and it came right away. Ski in ski out? Yes. But it required some effort to get up the hill. We got the code to use the elevator in a neighboring building and that made it so much easier. The floor plan in this condo is fantastic for a large group. I hope to be able to rent it again someday. It was a big splurge for our family but the investment into our memories is absolutely priceless!

Fantastic!
We enjoyed 5 days of skiing at Winter Park and this house has everything you need! It's extremely spacious, well appointed and was efficient to book / communicate. The ski in /out was more challenging than we expected and took more effort than we expected (a snowy trail and 3 big flights of stairs), but the house more than made up for the trek. We will be happy to stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to the slopes by either the corridor ski trail or the shuttle bus to the village. The property is excellent and well worth the investment. The info on how to get to and from the slopes could be better laid out. It took about a day to figure out the buses and how to find the slopes if getting on the corridor trail. It may be in the info but it didn’t jump out at me.

Great! but a few things to know
The house is wonderful Parking is the biggest issue if you have more than 2 cars you have to park 1 off site and closest parking is vintage hotel Ski in ski out is for experienced skiiers only not kids (blue runs and walk about 1000’ from front door uphill to ski run then have to take mary jane blue run yo get home) Donwstairs family room would be great if there was a pull out couch 5 miles from town and closest restaurants but easy drive, nothing open in the Village really It could be helpful to have a welcome guide with transportation to base and parking info in case people have little kids or non skiiers Minor but there was no spatula in kitchen Overall great experience, house was really nice and in great condition

House was incredible, everything about it was top tier. Only thing I will say, in the check in, parking location was in normal writing, and you can’t park across from the condo, only garage and driveway so two cars max,. They towed and will tow your vehicle within the first hours of you being there. We were lucky to get to move ours, others lost $400, it should be in bold on parking.

Fabulous place and location!
Stunning place! So much room for our two families. We have four teenagers between us, and they each had lots of space- very comfortable accommodations and two separate sitting areas so they could watch their movies and play Xbox and the adults could have the other area. Some nights we all watched a movie as a the family and there was plenty of room. Love the set up of the kitchen and open spaces. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after skiing. The ski in ski out location was just a short walk away. Minor issues were addressed extremely quickly and we felt so taken care of. This place was absolutely perfect! We cooked and ate every meal and the place has everything. But this location is also perfect to go into the base area for shopping or into the cute town. Loved it!
