Sie werden dieses wunderschönes Ferienhaus nur 1 Meile von der Innenstadt von Winter Park mit luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten LIEBE und einem eigenen Whirlpool. Es verfügt über eine atemberaubende Aussicht und sichert Raum zu öffnen und Wanderwege direkt vor der Hintertür.

Kostenloser Bus-Shuttle in die Innenstadt Winter Park und Skigebiet Winter Park Minuten von der Haustür. Das offene Konzept, Bi-Level-Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig und ideal für Familien. Die Küche ist komplett bestückt, darunter Granit, Bar Sitzgelegenheiten, beheizte Parkettböden und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Es enthält auch einen Esstisch groß genug, um 10 Personen Platz und eine zusätzliche Sitzecke mit Fernseher.

Etwas außerhalb ist eine Terrasse mit Zugang zu Wanderwegen, einem privaten Whirlpool und Grill. Der Schritt nach unten Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-LED-TV mit einem bequemen Ledercouch und Liebe Sitze. Schritt heraus auf dem Balkon mit einer herrlichen Landschaft und genießen Sie eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein. Eine hohe Spitzen Schach / Dame Tabelle wird durch die gemütliche Kamin befindet. Wenn Sie nicht aus Skifahren oder Rodeln, kostenfreies WLAN, DVD-Player und Brettspiele sorgen für viel andere Familienunterhaltung.

Im Obergeschoss verfügt über drei Master-Suiten. Die Zimmer sind:

- King mit Kamin, 50-Zoll-LED-TV, Balkon und eigenem Bad mit großer Dusche und begehbarem Kleiderschrank.

- King mit TV / DVD-Player-Combo, eigenem Bad und Dusche Badewanne.

- 2 Etagenbetten, die Platz für 4 und eigenem Bad mit Dusche Badewanne.

- Queen herausziehen auf Erdgeschoss.

Geräumige Garage für zwei Autos hält Ihre Fahrzeuge aus dem Schnee mit Stauraum für Skier, Schuhe und Stöcke. Ein zusätzliches Auto kann für insgesamt drei private Parkplätze in der Einfahrt passen. Waschküche befindet sich im Schlamm Raum befindet sich direkt vor der Garage, die Fußbodenheizung verfügt, Garderoben und Raum für alle Ski-Bekleidung.

Perfect birthday ski trip with friends
I stayed at this wonderful property with a group of friends to celebrate my 32nd birthday. Everything from the location/proximity to Winter Park Resort, cleanliness of the property and communication with the host was absolutely perfect. The accuracy of the listing was 10/10 including a few pleasant surprises (welcome goody bag from the host, games, etc.)I highly recommend staying at this property, especially if you have a larger group/family and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and great location!
The house was so clean, warm and had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware. It was so quiet and peaceful. And an extremely short drive to the resort and fraiser. We had an amazing time and zero issues. We would stay here every time!

Winter Park holiday stay.
The townhome was great for our family and we love the location. The master bedroom needed some extra towels and a towel bath mat. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped and the hot tub was great.

High Quality Condo Adjacent to Good Hiking
We really enjoyed this condo. The condo is located high up on a road with natural lands behind it with lots of wildlife and great hiking/biking trails behind it. The condo is well stocked inside and out including snow sleds, cooler, snow shoes, hiking poles, games, portacrib, extra towels for the hot tub, on and on. Kitchen is very well stocked with about anything you would ever need. Traditional coffee maker for bringing your own grounds. High quality furnishings throughout. One consideration - 36 steps from ground level to bedrooms on 2nd floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation!
This was our third year staying in this comfortable townhome. Our children are adults! Daughter & husband and our son. So three bedrooms and three bathrooms are a must for us! Everyone had their privacy, a comfy bed and ready access to a bathroom. As the mom and primary cook I LOVE this kitchen. We ate all of our breakfasts and dinners at “home”. The new double wide refrigerator meant one mega trip to Safeway and we were set for our 8 day stay. I always prefer a gas stove and every type of pan I needed was in one cabinet or another.. after skiing each day we all gathered in the hot tub. Plenty of room for the five of us to enjoy a little apre ski together. ( love having a hot tub we don’t have to share w strangers) After dinner we gathered around the large dinning table for dominos or cards and then, Netflix, provided on the living room TV. All in all, this townhouse is perfect for our annual family ski trip to Winter Park. Many thanks to our host, Kristi, she is FABULOUS, See you next year!

Love this townhouse
This was our second season staying in this well furnished townhouse and we will be staying here again next year. (2023) The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, love having a gas stove, 2 smart TV's and a fabulous hot tub! Short ride to the mountain in your car or on the free shuttle bus.

Great cabin for a marvelous ski vacation

Excellent property with everything you need!
The townhouse was lovely, clean and spacious. We had 5 adults on our stay and everyone greatly enjoyed this property! The host was accommodating and answered messages promptly often within an hour. The bedrooms are on the third floor, but for my family this wasn’t an issue. The hot tub was wonderful and a great place to unwind at the end of the day! I would rent this property again with no hesitation!

Great location for access to mountain biking trails immediately behind the property. Very comfortable and quiet. Double garage is nice. Kitchen has most things you’ll want. Hot tub is a nice touch. Girls Weekend
The property is a short 5 minute drive “up the mountain” from town. We did not use the shuttle, as we were visiting on a quiet September weekend. We loved the privacy of the home’s location and the quiet this afforded our group. Yes, there are a lot of stairs in the unit, but the layout maximized the views. The unit has a tuck-under garage and the garage clicker was available to use which made it easy to come and go. There are more bathrooms then bedrooms, which was great for our group of girls. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and even reached out prior to our stay. As long as everyone in your party can walk stairs, I would recommend taking a close look at the property.

Summertime Family Mountain Retreat
We absolutely loved our stay at this townhouse! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. I enjoyed mornings out on the balcony sipping my coffee and taking in the gorgeous views. My 3 teenagers were thrilled with the townhouse too! We played games most nights and spent many afternoons in the hot tub after hiking. My husband (the cook in our family) was pleased with the kitchen and we took advantage of being able to eat at home quite often. Thanks so much for this beautiful get-away. We plan on returning!

4 story surprise
Excellent location. Good amenities. Very choppy layout with all bedrooms on the Fourth Floor ( and at over 9,000 foot altitude). 37 steps to get to the 4th floor. Nowhere in the listing ,or the photos , or the emails, did it show or state this “minor”detail. We rented the unit for our family and my wife has COPD and is on oxygen normally only at night. The stairs made this a 24 hour day need! The family area on the 3D floor was comfortable as was the kitchen. We paid for 10 family members , but there were only 8 towels and fewer washcloths/ face towels. The hot tub was an excellent size, but the water was poorly adjusted with its chemicals-we followed instructions, then called the company that was supposed to fix it, but they never showed up until we were checking out 6 days later. The paper products were the cheapest possible, so bring your own TP if you at all sensitive. We all enjoyed the marmot family that played on the Rick wall behind the condo.

Amazing stay at a wonderful mountain condo!
We were looking for a very nice place to stay during our trip to Winter Park for the USAC Mountain Bike National Championships. We found exactly what we were looking for! It had amazing views and was in a central location for biking, hiking, fishing, dining, and shopping! Communication with the owner was great. She answered all our questions quickly and handled any issues that came up quite effectively. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
