This spectacular newly built custom ski in/out mountain home has one of the best locations available, nestled in the beautiful custom gated neighborhood of Bridgers Cache at the base of the Mary Jane ski resort area, and a ski trail to the Winter Park Resort base village. The Chalet is a luxurious mountain retreat situated in a secluded forest, making for breath-taking views in all directions. As you look out towards the Continental Divide and down the valley the Chalet provides fantastic Rocky Mountain scenery from the soaring windows and private deck.

The patio and deck provide exceptional viewing for wildlife during all seasons. The outdoor areas also include furniture, a gas fire pit and a professional built-in gas grill. Whether you are relaxing by the fire and enjoy the crystal clear night sky or enjoying S'mores with the family around the fire pit, this amazing home is sure to create lasting memories. The Chalet features magnificent 2-story windows facing directly towards the divide and valley allowing for a unique private setting while taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountain scenery. This mountain chalet is also situated right next to the Mary Jane ski area and provides first-class skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, shopping, dining and the largest mountain bike park in the U.S.

When you stay at the Bridgers Cache Alpenglow Luxury Chalet you will notice the home has extensive wood beams and vaulted ceilings throughout, including a 2 story great room with amazing views. The Chef's kitchen includes a large island, professional line Thermador appliances, wine fridge and beautiful custom wood work and beams with valuted ceilings. The kitchen and dining room provides seating for 12, with the large dining table and counter areas. This mountain chalet with a professional designer interior includes custom furnishings throughout. A beautiful stone gas fireplace is located in the huge great room area and is fantastic for family entertaining, with 2 large sectionals, and a separate home theater room with a large projection screen with surround sound. The heating system for this chalet is radiant in-floor heat with new state of the art climate controls. Throughout the year, all the wood and tile floors are continuously warm, which feels especially terrific during the frigid Colorado winter season.

This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, wall mounted HD smart TV's to stream your favorite online apps including Netflix's, You Tube and Hulu, a large assortment of board games, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, FREE wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

A private hot tub nestled in the forest is available on the rear patio area for evening relaxation under the stars. The mountain home also includes a 2 car heated garage, a loft with a home office, a shuttle or short walk to the Mary Jane base area and a ski trail at the entrance of the neighborhood for ski in/out access to the Winter Park Resort base village.

The downtown Winter Park area is a short drive away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Grand Park Rec Center (pictured and off site) is also there and provides several swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 gymnasiums and a children's playground. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are also a short drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended for this property during ski season. The Bridger's Cache neighborhood is a ski-in/out community, and a layer of hard pack snow is intentionally left on driveway and neighborhood roads which can make getting out of driveways and exiting the neighborhood challenging without the appropriate vehicle/tires.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The mountain views were beautiful. The place was as advertised. We spent evenings in the hot tub out back and then stargazing on the front deck next to the gas fire pit. Short drive into Winter Park with plenty of summer activities. Would definitely come back again.

Our stay was perfect. Everything needed was right at hand. Having seasoning in the kitchen cabinet was a plus for forgotten shopping items. Although not necessarily handicap accessible, the basement level bedroom was a good match for limited mobility couple. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The jets and lights kept going off but maintenance said they will be repairing. There were 9 of us. We spent most time around the long dining table. Quite the reunion! Thanks for a beautiful home. There was nothing missing.

The house was excellent. Plenty of room for all. Clean and inviting. Very well equipped for our in-family chefs to practice their craft. Great location to ski-in and to ski-out. A very short walk for each to get to either the Mary Jane Base or the Winter Park base. If we return to Winter Park in the future, we will certainly look to stay here again.

We escaped New Orleans during Mardi Gras to enjoy a ski vacation with a group of friends. The kids were out of school so it is a perfect time to go. This house is fantastic! The kitchen is large and easy to cook in with most everything you need to make meals for large groups. The knives are sharp and the dishes and flatware are plentiful. Most in our group found the beds comfortable. The house is ski out/in, but you have to be comfortable skiing at a blue level to take advantage of this feature. If you are not at this level there is a shuttle that you can take but skiing is much faster. The hot tub is wonderful and soothing. We were able to get in touch with the property manager when needed and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this property.
