if you’re looking for a hotel you have to keep asking for towels, blankets and stuff this is the place. phones doesn’t work so get ready to go down for single thing after a day of ski.
first off we called from airport around 10am and were told that room is ready, fast forward we came and no room is ready understandable since it’s not guaranteed but we were waiting in lobby for 3 hours and she started assigning room to people just walking in and we asked that you know there are three families waiting she rudely said well you should’ve checked like what!. we go in room not vacuumed no towels not even bedding done so idk what was taking so long and how’s these rooms ready.
no food options for except for mediocre restaurant on site from 4-8pm only dominos delivers so better ready to go to town and bring back some.
second day we came from ski whole day and no housekeeping came no towels , no nothing, came downstairs to get in a queue since everyone is down asking. The staff literally told us that every towel is in washer dryer cycle and when i said my kid is in shower already they gave me a walmart mainstays pool towel(not even sure if it was a pool towel).
we had two rooms one didn’t even had a curtain and the other had holes in it i should’ve taken pictures.
we have been to so many hotels around but this was worst experience. everyday we walked past and there’s families waiting for room at 4,4:30,5:00pm. only good thing is location. housekeeping doesn’t understand english.
