„Booked last minute and property met all our needs. Clean, well stocked and good overall condition. Great value! We walked to the slopes both days which was the main draw to this particular house. „Quiet neighborhood with a heavenly view. It snowed while we were there, and the area roads management was impressive.Property is reasonably well-appointed. Perhaps geared more toward an adult party venue, we did find family-oriented supplies limited. Bring your own games, books. „The strip to the counter top fell off when the utensil drawer was opened. Clearly poorly stuck by on by someone other than us. The “main” suite sheet had a white stain on the sheet which immediately sounded an alert with me. Nice place and would visit again but bring my own linen. “

„The Ivy Rose Cottage was very comfortable and creatively decorated. The kitchen is nicely supplied for cooking simple meals. The trains did not disturb us and were fun to watch, especially the Amtrak. Great pizza and local brewery in nearby Crozet plus an excellent Harris Teeter grocery.
