„The property is lovely. A quick walk to the beach, which even in the winter, was absolutely wonderful to experience. During the first part of the stay there was snow. Bought sleds for everyone to use on the hills. The end of our trip saw all the snow gone and we were able to visit the lighthouse. „House was in a great location to everything you would want to see in the area. Very well kept, clean and easy check in. Josh had everything ready and detailed on how to work TV's, blinds, etc. Only drawback was the king bed in the 2nd bedroom. The mattress was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Definitely would not want to sleep in it for more than the 2 nights we did. All the others beds were perfect!“

„We had a great time at your property - - the 3 stories was great for hide-and-seek with the family. The guys did some ice fishing and the Gurnee mall is very close and the ladies enjoyed that. It was close to town with late-night car noise, but otherwise a great time.“

„This was my first booking with VRBO, we were in Chicago for my niece's Navy graduation. Sam, the host, was extremely communicative. I had sent him a question in the inbox and he called me within 3 minutes. The property is spacious, only 4 minutes from base and very close to a multitude of restaurants. Very clean, kitchen was not lacking in glasses / plates / accessories. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Sam's house. Thank you again, Sam!!“

„We stayed here when our daughter graduated from the Navy. House is as described and sticked/furnished with all you need or would expect. House was clean. Neighborhood seemed a little "sketchy" but we had zero issues or concerns while we were there. If you are coming for a Navy graduation location is good. Less than 10 mintues to base except on graduatiin morning. Traffic is horrendous but were still able to get from home and in our seats in less than 90 minutes. Would recommend and stay again“

„It was so fun. The beds are like a bad joke. They are incredibly bad! But otherwise the place is perfect for a get away with little kids. Our room has a kids room in IT and or daughters were in heaven. We were particularly helped by: Asher H., Avery, Brendan and Omar. Such lovely staff. The biggest demerit is they started charging for parking when there’s no other way to get there. It’s such a clear cash grab when it’s already a kiddie casino. “
