My room that we reserved was given to someone else. They then tried to "upgrade" to a room with a regular bunk but with an autistic child, that elopes, the bunk was by the door behind a wall. I expressed this not work for us but they did nothing. Someone called in the morning to check in, said they were giving a credit (for use on site) and looking for our correct room. I had to leave for a funeral, heard nothing all day. Got back & took the kids swimming. Staff not paying attention, multiple kids falling from water pooling in many places. Staff seen it, looked away. Adults only hot tub was filled with small children most of the day. Went to use to "credit" since it could not be put back on my card, ordered and no credit available. When reaching back out to find out what took place, was told I was lying then was told I used the credit to upgrade my room. All in which I never agreed to a different room but was forced into it. When you stay here, you are to get tickets for top secret, ghost outpost, lost temple, and Christmas mountain. However, if you don't book directly they tell you that you're not qualified. Online shows nothing of these requirements.
As for the cleanliness, expect bedding that is stained, beds with no support, no sound barrier so you hear the outside and every movement from rooms around you. Windows that leak cold air and a door that doesn't close tight (rattles every time someone opens and closes doors).
