There is a charcoal grill available for guest use, bring your own charcoal. The fire-pit is also available for use, please bring your own firewood.

Please do not enter the shed in the backyard, this is not part of the listing and is off limits to Guests. Any abandoned buildings/sheds in the wooded areas are not included in the listing and are off limits.

Garage next to house is included in listing, there is a garage door opener located in the house, by the window at the kitchen bar top. This opener is hanging on the wall. (NOTE: Garage door should NOT be opened during cold season, please use side door to access garage, key is located with garage door opener)

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
