White river rafting, hot springs relaxation, and fresh water fishing is within driving distance as is the sequoia national forest.
The Alta Vista ski resort is open during snow season and only a 7 mile drive.

There is a small balcony out front and the back opens to the national forest park.
The rock pit out back is for show only as fires are not allowed on the property or in this area! The barbecue should be in working order. Propane tank refills are available at Dollar General. The Forest Service is a pet friendly land management agency and allows dogs on the public land it manages, as long as they are on a leash and under control by the owner. Please pick up behind your pet. If your animal is known to be skittish or aggressive around other animals or people, consider using a gentle leader to keep him/her other animals, and other people safe.
