The space
This modern two bedroom first floor apartment is located in a small development directly opposite Nirvana Spa, in the heart of the village of Sindlesham, Wokingham. The apartment benefits from a high standard fit out throughout, and it has been tastefully furnished to complement the finish.
SLEEPING
- Two double bedrooms with wardrobe space and bedside tables. Both bedrooms area also fitted with wall mounted smart TVs, allowing
connection to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
- Newly fitted bathroom, with large shower area, including a rainfall shower head and handheld shower.
RELAXING
- An L shaped sofa and separate arm chairs offer a comfortable and cosy living area. Along with a wall mounted 60 inch Samsung HDTV, with access to the internet.
WORKING
- This apartment is well setup for working whilst away. The coffee table in the living area offers a purpose built pull-out laptop working area. In addition there is a separate work/study desk in the living room, the desk has the ability to be raised electronically to standing height, if preferred. There is also a 32-inch curved monitor (cables provided) and office chair.
COOKING & DINING
- The kitchen is well equipped with modern integrated appliances, including a washing machine, small dishwasher and fridge freezer
- There is a small dining table to seat two, located in the main living space
PARKING
- There are two allocated parking spaces provided
GARDEN
- There is no private outdoor space available. However, there is a small shared garden
OUT & ABOUT
- Summer Court is a small development of apartments opposite Nirvana Spa. It is within walking distance to the local pub, The Walter Arms, and a stone's throw from a local park. It is close to some fantastic walks, a supermarket for those essentials, and lots of options for eating in or takeaway food.
I won't be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have undisturbed access to the entire property during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- There is one flight of stairs to access the flat
- We do not allow pets in this apartment
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind, and are conscious of maintaining good relationships with our neighbours.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details.
- Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organised on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays of more than 14 days
- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
