Adorable home close to Victoria Beach with swimming, picnic tables, a fishing jetty, & boat launches. Sunset Grille Lakeside & J.D.'s on the Lake(Ozark's Blue Cat Lodge) are minutes away by boat or car! Come hang out on our huge private deck with propane firepit set, ample seating or choose the wood firepit out back for smores and grilling out on the gas grille. Inside you'll find plenty of space for family game time, relaxation, or a dance party and karaoke with friends and family! New furnishings and appliances with plenty of kitchen essentials and large island for enjoying meal time together. The electric fireplace's in the living room and master bedroom can be used for heat or just a relaxing ambiance glow. There is ample seating throughout the home for multiple family activities. Our community offers walking lake access and plenty of wildlife! There are 4 parking spaces available. Note: This house is not directly on the lake. Golf Carts are welcome! Community allows for golf carts to Victoria Beach and Sunset Grill. We welcome short term and long term renters! Amazing place nestled in the GA pines along Lake Allatoona. We were traveling for a baseball tournament at nearby Lakepoint complex and needed a house large enough for our family of four plus two grandparents traveling with us. This place was a great find and we would return again if we head back to Lakepoint in the future.

House was in great location had tournament softball games at Hobgood park which was less than eight minutes away property and neighborhood was a perfect place to relax and unwind house was very roomy and plenty of room for our family It is very nice to be located close to the lake to check out the scenery and walk the trails

CLEAN & Quiet!!

I stayed here with family & friends. 7 total. Plenty of room to sleep & eat. This house was great!! It's the cleanest place I have EVER stayed. You can tell that Connie takes pride in this place. We loved the notes spread out throughout the house. Very quiet neighborhood as well. Just be on the lookout if you are driving at night...deer are everywhere!! We also enjoyed the lake which was only a 5 minute drive or less. Pictures don't do this place justice. Again...it's CLEAN & we had a blast with the Karaoke machine. The beds were very comfortable. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again Connie & John.

My Dream Retirement Home

My 2nd stay here

This was my 2nd stay and I just love this place! It’s now my go-to place to reserve when I visit family in the north suburbs of Atlanta. It’s usually just me, and occasionally my granddaughter spends the night, but this place could easily accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. What I love the most is the spacious living/kitchen/dining area! It’s great for entertaining.

This home was perfect for entertaining and family dinners! I stayed by myself, but family that lives locally came over and the layout was perfect for get togethers. Perfect House for a Family Thanksgiving!

This was a fabulous house with everything absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and open living room made meals and gatherings so much fun. My family loved the gas firepit on the deck and spent many happy hours there. Every evening we built a wood fire in the backyard firepit. In addition to this beautiful home, the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. It was a 10-minute walk down to the lake and several of us walked the 1-mile loop every day. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling in the Atlanta area and would not hesitate to stay there again. Kudos to our host Connie who responded to every question prior to booking promptly and left a candy treat on our arrival.

Quant, quiet spot

Rental was super clean, laid out nicely, furnishings were well done also. Description was accurate and we mostly had what we needed. One con was there was no iron/board in the house. We rented as we were in town for a wedding and had to go out and buy one, guess I missed that in the listing, but never had a rental where one wasn’t provided. A nice perk would be some firewood for the fire pit out back as well, but overall, it was a nice stay.

Baseball Tournament Trip

This was the best vacation rental in which we have stayed. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were in Georgia for the Perfect Game baseball tournament. We weren’t sure where to book because the schedule hadn’t been posted by the time we had to book, but opted for this house since we were supposed to have at least 2 games at the East Cobb complex. We ended up having no games in East Cobb and had to drive almost an hour on most days. However, being able to spend our downtime at this spacious and relaxing location made the drives worth it. Two of our games were north of this location and a much easier drive. (For what it is worth, our teammates who stayed in a hotel just north of Atlanta had almost the same commute as we did given Atlanta traffic but didn’t get the luxury of relaxing at such a great place after the games). The Little River Marina is about 10 minutes from the house and has boat rentals. We rented a pontoon and spent one day on the lake which is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. I would give this house 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful home for 2-4 people. Great host, clean, decorative and comfortable home. Nice location for easy access to the lake and only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, baseball complex and other needs. Wildlife in your front yard. It's great to just sit and watch with your morning coffee. Five stars.
