The location is about 30 minutes to each Coeur d'Alene and Harrison. Carlin Bay Marina is about 5 minutes away. Located there are Harrison Boat Rentals (jet skiis too) and Latitudes Gourmet Food Truck, which has a wonderful menu if you don't feel like cooking! „Great stay overall! Definitely note that there are no blinds or a/c. We caught it at a very hot week with all the days over 100. It did get hot during the day in the house. But the views were beautiful and fun to watch deer and wildlife from the deck. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture/beds.“

„If you read the way it’s presented it’s a cabin in the woods with an outhouse. Everything you need to survive is provided. We read some of the negative reviews and realized these were people who need to book a hotel room. We love every minute of it. Quiet Peaceful and Comfortable. Our only disappointment was lake acres. One photo in particular lead us to believe that the cabin was on the beach. It was not. And overall disappointing is all lake access on Black Lake is private access. Good thing ...

„It was a good size place for the four of us. To enter the driveway has to take cautious. No ventilation in the bathroom. It's not easy for the seniors like us to climb up the narrow whirled stairs to the loft bedroom. The place needs some touch up.“

„Clean cozy and remodeled made this older lake cabin great! The back deck overlooking the amazing lake views was awesome. Although it could use some work having a nice boat dock was incredible. Internet was very slow but didn’t bother us too much as we weren’t there to work or watch tv.“

„My family had a great time staying at this property. The house was set up perfectly for a family, my kids loved the beach access with a dock and the many games that were available. The deck is large and has a beautiful view of the lake and was perfect for barbecues. There is a great fire pit for s’mores. The host was so friendly and helpful and even took time out of his day to take my family on a boat ride with a stop for ice cream for the kids. Highly recommend this place! “
