„This property was amazing! The rooms were all bigger than I could judge by the photos. The living space and high ceilings lent themselves to having all of us around and feeling spacious. With a games room, jacuzzi and beach outside the door even in November this was a perfect stay. We made many really happy family memories over our long weekend. “

„The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!“

„The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. Large well stocked kitchen with two large adjacent living areas, great location near the water with a classic wonderful pub a couple hundred feet away. „Wir haben 9 Tage in Rustington verbracht. Das Haus ist genauso oder noch schöner als auf dem Bildern. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt. Die Aussicht von der ersten und obersten Etage grandios. Man sieht Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in der Gegend unternommen, lange Strandspaziergänge gemacht, Drachen steigen lassen und vieles mehr. „Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, das Haus war wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet und für 5 Personen ausreichend..die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich (wenige Gläser , kein Rührgerät). Sehr positiv war die Nähe zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu Fuß,“

„A small, fine lodge, clean and cozy and adequately equipped. Very good and big enough for one person. There is not enough storage space for two people and the table would be too small. The quiet location is particularly good, you can sleep with the window open. Parking in front of the door is also very convenient. This lodge is highly recommended.“

„Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and ...

„It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit.“

„Short stay bang on the beach. Great house with ensuites for all 4 bedrooms. Location perfect, everything you need at your finger tips.hosts were amazing and had thought of everything from cling film to dog bowls, dishwasher tablets and shower gel. Definitely recommend. “

„Just as advertised. Also, you can see the sea from the bedroom bay window. Neighbours quiet. Spacious rooms. Great shower. I'm a bad sleeper but the comfy bed saw me get 7 hours! Everything you need is here. My dogs enjoyed it too, especially having a private secure garden.“

"On our arrival there were problems with the room, but the hotel team went out of their way and gave us an alternative. Overall we were very satisfied, except for the faulty lift to the car park. But otherwise always happy to return."

"No bedside plugs, besides the bed, the room was quite dirty with dust all over the place, sticky leftovers on the bedside tables and hair in the shower. The sink didn’t look cleaned properly as the overflow was covered in grime and lime. Housekeeping should be advices to be more into detail and less into fast cleaning. Besides that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the train station as well as the complete town"

"Positiv: Fast direkt am Meer gelegen, gegenüber ein kleiner Park. Das gebuchte Familienzimmer war über eine schmale Stiege zu erreichen, die ebenso wie das Zimmer aufgrund der total schrägen Böden, Decken und Wände als abenteuerlich zu bezeichnen ist. Zweifelhaft, ob das ein deutsches Bauamt noch zulassen würde. Parken vor dem Haus mit Parkuhren. Sehr gutes englisches Frühstück. Ideal, wenn man Brighton besuchen möchte und dort nichts bezahlbares findet. Empfehlung: Fast vor dem Hotel ist die Haltestelle einer Buslinie zu den anderen Küstenorten. Nicht nach Brighton mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug fahren, einen Parkplatz zu finden, ist ein Sechser im Lotto, insbesondere mit Dachbox."

"Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, extrem teures Parkhaus (The Lanes Car Park, Gebühr für 2 Tage MIT Hotelrabatt = 56 Pfund!)."

"We felt welcome. WIFI could automatically be offered, instead to being asked to register yourself to become a member of the hilton Honors group to obtain WIFI for your stay. The additional/optional breakfast room (in case the main breakfast Room the 1850 is full due to peak time) could be renewed. This room needs a little makeover, tables were old and appeared dirty. Only a suggestion. Nevertheless,we had two lovely days in double tree hotel. Staff were very friendly. "
