„Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. “

„I stayed here for a quiet winter getaway with my dog. The view from the condo is stunning - sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. The condo is cozy, quiet and private and looks exactly like the photos. I made some meals in-unit by choice but even in winter, there are good restaurant options within a mile, including the pier nearby. „The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.“

The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. There were 3 of us but the cottage accommodated several more (it was a pleasure not to have to sleep in a bunk bed). „This is our 5th year staying at the North Carolina beaches and this was by far the best place yet. It is dog friendly, all sheets and towels are extremely fresh and clean, beds are comfortable, matching glassware, plates, pots, pans etc for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and the views are right on the beach and the sound. There are enough beach chairs and 2 sturdy kahaks to enjoy in the sound. We are definetely looking at staying at this place again next year!! “

Warm and stuffy. Room needs more circulation of air. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Room could use some renovation and repair. Disappointing that restaurant hours are not posted on website so we didn’t know it wouldn’t be open for most of our stay. Enjoyed the balcony and view. “
