IF THE PROPERTY IS LEFT IN VERY POOR CLEANING CONDITION AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE, BEYOND WHAT A COURTEOUS GUEST WOULD LEAVE. EXAMPLES INCLUDE LEAVING POTS AND PANS DIRTY IN THE KITCHEN, EXCESS TRASH IN THE BINS, STAINS ON THE FLOOR, DIRTY WALLS. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $1,000 PESOS.
