„Our two adult children, their spouses and our two teen grandchildren joined my husband and myself for our week long celebration. The house was fabulous and adequately equipped for dining in, enjoying the pool or nearby unpopulated delightful beach. The five bedrooms made it so the grand gals didn’t have to share a room and they liked that as well.We particularly enjoyed being outside of San Juan and getting a feel for life across the island.Many thanks to our hosts.“

„It was a perfect family beach getaway. It’s in a gated community, walking distance to Playa El Cocal with grocery stores/bakeries/restaurants nearby. House was just as described and Luann was very attentive, checking in on us to ask if we needed anything. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been more time….to sip on a cup of coffee on the deck that wraps around, take in all the natural beauty and starlit sky at night and listen to the waves and song of the coquis.“

„This was a awesome spot in the rainforest proper. My room was very clean and very well done. Also there are spots on the property to lounge and sunbathe while looking at the river . Yesenia the host is very accommodating and easy to reach. You will have to go into town and buy some groceries and snacks cuz there's not a lot of food options nearby, especially if there's heavy rain and you're stuck inside“

„We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptional. Home was very clean with contemporary feel. Private back garden was stunning. We sat in the evening mesmerized listening to the wildlife. Host was responsive and accommodating. Great look at how locals live. Nice locations to the beach, board walk, restaurants and sites. „We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. “

„Plenty of space. All the amenities one would need. Full kitchen and two full baths, all with modern fittings. Has laundry. Easy access to all attractions, especially the mountain range of the rainforest. Relax in the jacuzzi or on the balcony. Open the patio doors for the fresh cool breeze. Hosts are delightful with good restaurant recommendations. The marina has excellent food and service. The place to be on the east.“

„Arturo’s house has a great set up for groups made up of couples and families where everyone prefers to have their own space. It is just as advertised and pictured. I was there last week with my husband, 2 sons and their wives and 2 grandsons and everyone had more than enough room. „This was a beautiful residence only surpassed by the even more beautiful ocean view. Just as described on the website. Very clean and comfortably. The agent was always available. Unfortunately we were at the location during an island wide blackout. But the agent kept in touch and was available for anything we needed.
