Villa Jessica ist eine gepflegte 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer moderne Doppelhaushälfte. Es ist ideal in der Nähe der Stadt und des Strandes von Playa Blanca gelegen, 15 bis 20 Gehminuten entfernt und in der Nähe von Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen!
Alles in allem haben wir uns den Urlaub genau so vorgestellt. Man kann gut den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse verbringen und kann sich zu viert auch mal gut aus dem Weg gehen. Grill ist neben ein paar Gebrauchsspuren super, Poolheizung hat sich im April definitiv gelohnt. Hier und da gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wegen denen wir Jodie aber jeweils direkt kontaktiert hatten und sie uns auch umgehend helfen konnte bzw. jemanden vorbeigeschickt hat. Die Gartendusche ist bislang leider ohne Funktion, was uns im April aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Umgebung ist super, egal ob einkaufen, an den Strand gehen oder Abends zum Essen/Trinken gibt es in 15 Min eine Menge zu erreichen. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke Jodie & Brett!

We arrived at the villa to find there was an alarm system. This had not been mentioned in previous villa correspondence and we had no instructions on how to set or reset! Had to call emergency phone number to get it turned off. I’m sure the neighbours were delighted. The villa itself is a bit dark and the 3rd bedroom is small especially if adults using it. The towels were very thin and small and only one supplied for each guest for a week. The listing states it has a watching machine and a dishwasher, which is does, however I should point out these are not in the kitchen but outside. It also states there are sun bed cushions and a ‘spa tub’ neither of which were there. The sun loungers and the chair cushions could do with updating as very stained and the outside table definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It’s also the only villa we have rented not to have a welcome pack. The area itself is nice and quiet and about 15 mins walk to shops, bars etc. We have stayed in many villas in Spain but this one was disappointing in comparison.

Lovely outside, less nice inside
The garden, terrace and pool are all lovely. The information before hand was all good. The inside of the house though is a bit tired, and compared to villas booked previously it is dark and a bit dismal. The furniture is just ok and there aren't many nice touches which would give the villa a more comfortable feel. We could also have done with some heating in the evening (we were there in January) , and we noticed that there was no airconditioning for the summer either (although fans are provided). The third bedroom is tiny and no good for an adult - we had to use it as we were three adults so rotated the small bedroom so no one was in it for the whole week. If it had been the height of summer and we could have been outside every evening then perhaps we would have had a different experience..

Comfortable property, nice and quiet, garden not overlooked. About 20 minute walk from the promenade with shops and restaurants. We had a couple of minor issues which Jodie responded to very promptly. This was our second holiday in this villa.

Lovely place, we would stay again.
The place is great, a couple issues but honestly wouldn’t put us off staying there again. The WiFi doesn’t work amazing in the bedrooms and cuts out. Also they don’t put covers on the beds that are not being used. We needed an extra bed for when our baby woke in the night. They gave us covers in the end just a bit strange not to put the bedding on the beds. They don’t supply sponges to wash up dishes, we asked them and apparently they don’t supply them Feel like this is a bit odd as they supply fairy liquid!

Fantastic holiday
The villa was superb , as was the host Jodie . Communication, information, friendlyness & helpfulness were excellent. The villa location was ideal for us , close to beach , restaurants & shops ( about a 10 minute walk ) but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful. The villa itself is as described , it was clean & well maintained. Instructions given for key and alarm system , also a booklet with info about villa & local area . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & these hosts to anyone . We had a wonderful relaxed time , it was the first time we have rented a villa and we will definitely be looking to book another one for our next holiday .

Wonderful stay in a super villa
We're just back from a week in Villa Jessica and it was everything we needed and wanted. The pool was lovely and warm (we visited in Oct and paid to have it heated) and the outdoor area was the perfect place to relax, eat, drink and bbq. Indoors is very comfortable and spacious. There are fans in every room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering and we ate breakfast and lunch in the villa every day. It's just a 15 minute walk down to Playa Blanca and a 30 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. We ventured out every night on foot to eat at different restaurants (can highly recommend Avenida 55 for fabulous pasta and La Tapita for tapas). Jodie even allowed us a late checkout on our last day which was so appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

Early summer break
All communication good and clean on arrival. Did not need to heat the pool (did not realise this was an additional cost when booking), pool could do with a rail for getting in and out if you have minor mobility problems, pool maintenance good. Wifi was challenging. Otherwise very nice villa.

Ok but Bathrooms need Upgrade
The villa was clean on arrival for our ten week stay. Linen change was ok but weekly light clean was poor in bathrooms. (didn’t want to report poor cleaning to Agent as we know what cleaners can do with your personal hygiene products (toothbrush) if you complain ! ). Sadly outside areas never cleaned/attended to during our 10 week stay. Bathrooms need upgrade, seal around en-suite bath very black with mould. Paid extra for pool heating and maintained ok twice weekly and faulty pump replaced promptly. Sadly garden not maintained causing leaves to blow into pool leaving us to clean out the pool before using on days when pool man not attending. . Asked for gardener to be sent but he was sent only one time. Beds comfortable and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. Frying pans were in poor condition and Agent replaced promptly when asked. Villa in good central location, seafront approx 20 minute stroll. Overall, enjoyed our stay but above negatives definitely need attending to for it to be given a higher rating.

Perfect Xmas Break In The Sun.
We stayed here for a week over the Xmas period. The apartment is as per the listing, if not better. Very well presented and equipped in a safe, very quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

La villa est conforme à l annonce, assez proche de la promenade maritime et des commerces. Les lits individuels des 2 chambres sont à changer: les ressorts des matelas sont blessants! On regrette également le peu de produits ménagers à notre disposition et aucune lessive. Enfin, on aurait apprécié un contact avec le loueur, ne serait-ce que par SMS, pour savoir si on était bien arrivé. Pour le reste, c est ok, y compris la piscine chauffée comme prévue.

A wonderful holiday
A beautiful villa in an excellent location, very peaceful yet close to all amenities. This villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped to the last detail. This accommodation has everything to make it a home from home experience. The outside rea is very spacious with an excellent pool. The communications with Jodie throughout were excellent, an overall brilliant experience. Will definitely return.

Amazing villa and outstanding hosts
The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you need, the host jodie and brett were amazing and couldn't do enough for us before we arrived and during our stay, the villa is 15 mins walk from everything you need ,beach, shops, Restaurants ect. The pool was well maintained and cleaned professionally twice a week during our stay.they catered for everyone in our party from the 5 month old, 2 year old and 8 year to the 16 year old to the adults It goes without saying that we WILL be using jodie and bretts villa again in the future. Thank you jodie and brett amazing hosts

Lovely villa in a great location only 15 minutes walk or a couple of minutes in the car into town and beaches. Villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday even though we ate out every night! A good pool and large terrace. The only negative was the beds which were uncomfortable in the twin rooms and the bedding in those rooms could do with updating. We love Playa Blanca, this was our 4th visit and we wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Jessica!

Preciosa villa, ideal para familia pero...
Después de estar una semana el resumen es muy satisfactorio sobre el alojamiento pero tengo que puntualizar una situación muy desagradable a la que las explicaciones del anfitrión no me an satisfecho y es que una mañana a primerísima hora nos despertó un ruido en la terraza a apenas 2 o 3 metros de donde dormíamos, el técnico de la piscina entró en la villa sin previo aviso de nadie y violo nuestra intimidad, tuve que pedirle que se fuera y aunque sorprendido accedió a marcharse, el anfitrión me justificó que no pueden hacerse cargo de estos avisos algo que me parece sorprendente ya que aquí en España es un delito entrar en una vivienda del tipo que sea sin permiso After staying for a week the summary is very satisfactory about the accommodation but I have to point out a very unpleasant situation to which the host's explanations have not satisfied me and that is that one morning at the very first hour a noise on the terrace woke us up just 2 o 3 meters from where we slept, the pool technician entered the villa without anyone's prior notice and violated our privacy, I had to ask him to leave and although surprised he agreed to leave, the host justified me that they cannot take care of these something that seems surprising to me since here in Spain it is a crime to enter a home of any kind without permission
