„The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.“

„check in was not the smoothest but was sorted out after 15 mins, I should have communicated in advance to get a QR code to present to security guard. Location is best it could be in Quito and view and apartment were great. Would recommend but communicate before hand so your check in is smooth. “

„The location across from parque la Carolina and the property were what we had been looking for. Security and lobby area were managed well. The condo unit had an ideal view of the area. Our only issue was that it was dirty around floors. It appeared to have had a party before us and not cleaned well.“

„My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed. The host provided us with transport from the airport for an extra fee, which was very helpful, and met us when we arrived at the property.The location is within easy walking distance from the old town and at least one metro stop, so it was a good starting point for our daily excursions.
