„Absolutely huge room in period property over a pub. Earplugs provided as quite a bit of noise from the road on a Saturday night. Not disturbed by noise from the pub though as we were at the front of the property and the beer garden was at the back. Large comfy bed. Two bathrooms and separate lavatory at the far end of the corridor, all spotless. One was a double bathroom: 2 hand basins and a double shower( for couples!) Plenty of choice for evening meals on the same road.“

„Gutes Motel unmittelbar beim Healesville Sanctuary, die meisten Gäste verbringen hierr wohl gerade mal eine Nacht, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Lage weniger geeignet da Healesville rund 3 Kilometer und damit für einen Fussmarsch zu weit entfernt liegt. Positiv: ungefragt Zimmerupdate erhalten. Negativ: kein roomservice, entgegen der Buchungsbestätigung“

„We didn't have a bathroom at our room and we had to share it with 6-8 rooms with people! The most horrible thing was for me that they didn't renovate the bathroom since 1936. the begin of the 20th century. The room was also very small and we didn't use the kitchen because it wasn't comformtable. “

„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment. On the other side, in the brochures it was said there would be a cold buffet for breakfast.
