„Lovely property and outdoor spaces. We had a big group of friends together for a 40th birthday weekender and the massive dining table was great, plus such a relaxing and beautiful location. A bit far from the main areas for wine tasting and restaurants so we needed to drive to get there but was easy enough to organise a bus hire to take around wineries “

„House was a good size, and the large deck was fabulous with a really peaceful outlook. The second kitchen/bar area was a great extra for the family to serve up snacks and drinks away from the food prep kitchen. The pool was great and used constantly by the kids. Lots of spaces to spread out into. Closed yard with large kennel for dogs also, although our pup stayed inside with us which owner was ok with -a very dog friendly property.“

„We had our small wedding at the property with just family and close friends and it was beautiful! So many great spots for stunning photos and we made use of the pizza oven for dinner the night before. Shani left us a wonderful gift in our room to celebrate our wedding as well, which was really thoughtful and sweet! Having one cottage with lots of kids toys and books was a huge hit with the toddler that was with us as well Every guest having their own bathroom was a real plus, made it a great ...

„Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great“

Mobile reception not great and no wifi. good to go off the grid, however the tv is not working due to bad Arial connection and remote not functioning. If you want to watch sport not ideal. TV Probably needs to be up graded. Overall great place.“

„This is an amazing property with plenty of space, beautiful grounds and lovely views. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and bbq area for entertaining large groups and special extras like fresh flowers scattered throughout the house which is a very lovely touch. Communication and help from our host Colette was second to none. Thank you so much for making or stay a special one!“

It was great having the sound system set up on arrival as well and the kitchen and toilet amenities were excellent for a private campground.“
