The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

"Zimmer und Bad sind klein und zweckmäßig und sind für einen kurzen Aufenthalt optimal ausgestattet (Wifi, Fön, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage) Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion (wofür wir Anfang März sehr dankbar waren). Kein Schrank/Kommode, nur Garderobe. Tolles, landestypisches, täglich wechselndes Frühstücksbuffet. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Wasser. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Convenient Store um die Ecke. 2 Metrostationen (Linie 1 und 5) in Laufnähe. Flughafenbus 6007 hält nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles perfekt für einen Seoul-Städtetrip!"

"Entered the hotel at around 14:00 hrs and was immediately guided to the reception desk and was told that checkin is only at 15:00 hrs. And I could leave my suitcase there. I noticed other guest who could get into their room already at that time. But okay. I left and came back after 15:00 hrs and could do the checkin. Room on 16th floor. Nice large room and bathroom with that wooden bathtub (which I didn’t use). Breakfast - I slightly expected more options for a hotel of this size and for the paid price. But overall it was okay. Nice hotel, I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Seoul. Thank you"

"Very nice hotel in a good location in Myeongdon Seoul. Good connection with subway entrances around the hotel. The hotel is typical Westin Quality (very good!) and the Westin beds are very nice, with high quality Westin mattresses (that are very nice for people with back issues like me). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Was my 2nd time in a Westin Hotel (1st was the Bund in Shanghai) and I would definitely choose a Westin Hotel again."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziertes Check-in (nach Nachtflug früher möglich), sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, perfekter Service. Zentrale Lage. Alles in allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wechsel der Frottee-Wäsche mehrmals pro Tag (nach einmaligem Gebrauch) ist für uns (umweltbewusste Schweizer) ungewohnt. Es gibt aber sicher Hotelgäste, die genau das erwarten…"
