Nightmare
We arrived to find the property had been double booked. We were left sitting on the landing 3 ft.² with all our cases and bags. The management company were arguing that the property was ready for us, but it was full of other peoples belongings. We sat waiting for ages waiting for them to ring back. In the meantime we decided we had to book somewhere else overnight as we had been travelling for hours and was shattered.
We got into another hotel and later on, we were told that they had found us another apartment. We moved to it the next morning. They have refused to pay for the hotel although they have refunded one night of the apartment still means we’re out of pocket.
Next day, the smoke alarm went off that was an absolute horrendous experience , management company, telling us to switch it off in a basement that didn’t exist. Sending us pictures of another apartment. We had neighbours complaining it went on for two hours , kept getting cut off they didn’t ring you back you couldn’t hear them there were kids screaming in the background never again!. They do not know how to manage an apartment.
The apartment itself was very nice a few teething problems that they need to sort out. There was a lovely decked to sit out so we went up with some nibbles and wine to find bags of rubbish and dog poo on it .
The owner contacted us I e mailed him back and didn’t hear any more . All you get is e mail after e mail from Huswell the management company
They just don’t listen
