„Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space “

„What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. „Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails.“

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr zentral. Das Hotelzimmer ist jedoch schon abgenutzt (fleckiger Teppichboden, Stockflecken an den Vorhängen) und auch nicht sehr sauber. Die Türen der Hotelzimmer fallen sehr laut zu. Man hört sowohl Zimmernachbarn als auch die Jugendlichen die draußen auf der Strasse täglich grölend vorbeiziehen."

"Hotel sehr runtergekommen. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind aus dem vergangenen Jahrhundert. Betten schlecht, Sauberkeit insgesamt schwierig, alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter geben ihr bestes. Aber der Service ist dennoch eine Katastrophe, auf keinen Fall das Frühstück buchen, es war so schlecht, dass ich es wieder storniert habe. "
