Private parking is available on the premises for added convenience. This retreat is part of an exclusive complex, with one other suite nearby, each featuring its own pool and facilities, ensuring privacy while offering luxury.

The atmosphere within is enchanting, blending comfort and style, with a 44’’ smart TV (Netflix available) for cozy movie nights and an appointed open-plan bedroom (no doors) with an en-suite bathroom, creating the perfect setting for a dream-filled getaway. The sensory-designed living room invites you to unwind, with the shimmering pool just outside your window, offering a serene view as you relax on the sofa with a good book. The bedroom also offers direct access to the pool, enhancing the connection between the indoors and outdoors. This exclusive home comfortably accommodates two guests in a King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), with additional space for two more guest to sleep on the 2 available sofa beds in the living room (0.80x1.90). Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Agios Nikolaos is also a port that you can use to get to Kefalonia or to Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves. A wide varitety of boat trips & water sports are available to enjoy.
*TO DINE : Klondirakis Fish Tavern is a must visit place in Volymes. Orizontes restaurant is also a great option and close to the villa. Another unique restaurant to try is Nobelos Bio Restaurant, a delightfully based next to the water- front and offers instant access to the sea through its privately paved terrace restaurant bar.
