He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. „Fabulous house with stunning views especially from outdoor area. Large bedrooms with ensuites which was great for a group. Easy walk to local villages although we cooked at home. Drive or train to San Sebastián was easy. Everyone in our group would highly recommend the villa. “

„Very well designed and comfortable place with very large common areas (exterior dinning, pool, garden, etc). A bit far from the center of Fuenterrabia but that ensures a very relaxed and quiet stay. Very high accommodation standards and well managed and attended villa.“

„Sehr schöne Wohnung, in einem zum großen Teil privatgenutzen Mehrfamilienhaus/Wohnblock. Sehr ruhig und doch relativ zentral. Tolles Willkommenspaket mit Kuchen, Wein, Brot, Butter, Obst - Super. Im Angebot war Frühstück genannt, diese Möglichkeit gab es nicht, müsste etwas angepasst werden in der Beschreibung.“

"Äusserst gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches Personal, nur etwas schade, dass die Türen so laut ins Schloss fallen beim Zumachen. Das hört man von jedem Zimmer.. Ich komme aber sicher wieder, besten Dank für das late Checkout! "

"Sehr gutes Hotel, Hotelanlage sehr gut gestaltet. Zimmer sind sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm, die Atmosphäre dort lud zu einem längeren verweilen ein. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lounge. Mann muss nicht unbedingt in die Stadt, man kann auch einen schönen Abend mit Speisen und Getränken im Hotel verbringen. Obwohl das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt, ist San Sebastian gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür und fährt im Minutentakt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. "

"Our Zenit Premium Experience was great. Beautiful hotel and easy access from Amara station. Attentive and friendly hospitality. Our Guest Service Manager was great. She arranged an early check-in and taxi transfer to Mugaritz. We can't wait to return."
