"The hotel has been renovated a few years ago. The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. "Excellent experience all around! The reception, spa, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all fantastic and very helpful. The location is great- within walking distance of many restaurants and shops on the back side and immediately adjacent to a long sea-side promenade at the front.
