„Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zur "historischen Innenstadt". Ausserdem verfügt es über ein eigenes Parkhaus welches man kostenlos nutzen kann. Den Valetservice braucht mN nicht da es nur 2min zu Fuss weg ist. Frühstück war gut.“

„The hotel is beginning to show its age. The elevators didn’t all work all of the time, there was water damage around exterior windows, things are peeling on the walls, etc. The receptionist, while admitting it was her first day, checked us in but didn’t actually give us our keys nor tell us which room we were in. We had to ask her for that after she said “You’re all checked in. Have a great night” and turned to walk away. Bless her heart, she must have just been overwhelmed. We actually ...

„There are several options for dining within walking distance. The staff was very friendly at check-in. Property is clean. The rooms are clean and roomy.“

„Got off to a rough start having to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, my mom that was traveling in a wheel chair we had to wait awhile for enough room to use the elevator. Our room was very clean and well kept! Everything hung was stocked, the fitness room and as clean and nice! The cleaning ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will more than likely stay there again while traveling to Little Rock! “

„I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten ...
