„I booked this through VRBO and ended up with a full hour of a check-in disaster where the property and VRBO had some sort of miscommunication from what I gathered (couldn’t get a clear explanation of what exactly went wrong). My family and I did not end up in the room that was advertised and what I paid for through VRBO.
