„Schönes Hotel, aber auch nicht ganz günstig. Leider sprachen die Personen bei den sightseeingbüro dort gar kein Englisch. Auch mit übersetzungsapp hatten wir keine Chance. Dafür super Rezeption. Ein Herr sprach super englisch und hat uns geholfen. 24 Stunden room Service, haben wir aber nicht getestet. Frühstück war Riesen grosses Buffet mit allem was man sich nur vorstellen kann. „This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!“

„We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing! “

„Personal was freundlich. Die kennen kein Englisch. Die Komunikation war schwierig. Schwimmbad war nicht sauber, und mehrere Tage lehr. Konnte man dieser nicht benutzen. Die schließen das Hotel und Restaurant um 21:30 Uhr.“

„Der Besitzer der Unterkunft spricht Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur einigermaßen Sauber. Die Dusche ist direkt über dem WC. Das Toilettenpapier und die Seife waren bei Ankunft nicht aufgefüllt. Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig zur Tianmen Cable Car und zum Bus-/Zugbahnhof Die Mitarbeiter können bei der Beschaffung von Eintrittskarten behilflich sein (hatte ich meinem Fall aber leider nicht geklappt) Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste als auch draußen ...

„Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend. “

„I got this hotel for its location for a few things I wanted to do and that was great. The room was big and comfortable but the downside for me was no mini fridge in the room and the AC wasn’t working. There are a lot of elevators, a few of them I started avoiding bc they would jolt a lot and make lots of noises which made me nervous. All the elevators were really dirty. Not exactly a dealbreaker but for the price tag, there were better expectations.“
