„We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! “

„Service was excellent, rooms are Japanese style and partly newly renovated. Breakfast and restaurant is nice. The Hotel is quite old and the inside Onsen needs some renovation. Outside onsen is wonderful but many foreigners ignore rules, which is sad (eg. drink beer in onsen or women come to men’s area). For skiing the hotel is perfect and provides great value for its rates. “

„Stayed 4 nights in main building room. Majority of rooms have no normal window glass, feels like sleeping in a cave. Breakfast quality is one of the few positive aspects, but starts too late (7:30) to be at the lift on time. 15 minutes queuing for breakfast every day in a massive line. Onsen is a nice place. Unfortunately, showers are only available in the onsen, which is announced to be open only from noon to 9pm. Rooms are poorly sound proof between rooms and towards corridor. We will come ...
