„La única queja fuerte que tengo es con respecto a que no tienen bien puesto los nombres de las habitaciones. Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes“

However, they have minimal parking in the public street, which can lead to negative interactions with drunks from the restaurant bars that circle the hotel. Do yourselves a favor, Quinta Real, and buy that empty lot behind the hotel and turn it into a parking lot.“
