„So etwas grässliches haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Kein Tisch und Stühle erst auf Nachfrage gab es alte dreckige Möbel, die eher für den Aussenbereich gedacht sind. Kein Personal vor Ort. "Rezeption" kaputt und dreckig. Vom Frühstück, dass nach Aushang nur von 6 - 7:30 morgens serviert wird,keine Spur. Auch auf Nachfrage nicht, da niemand vor Ort war, der es hätte machen können. Trotz Angebot zur Auswahl wurde am nächsten Morgen einfach irgendetwas in einer kleinen Menge hingestellt. ... und eine ...

„Loved my stay here. The service is so friendly, approachable and accomodating. The grounds itself is so serene and relaxing to hang out in, so well kept and maintained! My room was extremely clean, all facilities were pristine and the decor was so homey! The free breakfast was delicious and so many options! I loved hanging out in the yoga space. My whole stay was so stress free and enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!“

„It's beachfront so it's nice. Easily accessible. Receptionist was good and approacheable. The only comment is the airconditioner because it was not enough. We booked a room for 8 and it was ok until the AC wasn't enough to cool the room. We had to request for elec fan. “

„Hotel room was big and clean. Shower worked well. Aircon was loud but fine. TV had only one channel and WiFi did not work at all. I asked the staf for short time password bit did not work still. I used data connection in the end. The staff was not helpful, desk often not occupied. I asked for checkout 1pm, they answered not possible but if I pay extra per hour I can do. „Darauf achten, dass man nicht "Casa de Bahia" bucht sondern "Casita de Bahia". Zwar etwas teurer, jedoch wohnt man dann in den neuen Gebäuden und liegt näher zum Strand. Positiv anzumerken ist: Restaurant u. Essen, saubere u. geräumige Zimmer. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Personal: zwar freundlich u. bemüht, jedoch sehr jung, schlecht geschult, teilweise unbeholfen.“
