„Everything is exactly as described. It's a simple, clean, quite place. Has all the needed amenities. It was our first time visiting the area. If you have any interest in being near the asylum and being able to walk around the grounds this spot is the best. The buildings are literally in the backyard. They are not publicly accessible, however, the vibe is right. We walked around and took night photography of the buildings. While you cannot enter the buildings, the architecture is beautiful ...

„This was a two-story older house that had been flipped. We rented the 1st floor only. It would be nice if the 2nd floor was carpeted so the footsteps were not so loud. It would also be nice if the person managing the property could turn on the heat before we got there. It was clean, everything worked, and it met our needs.“
