Man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt und den Eindruck man steht kurz vor der Pleite. Aus der Küche gab es wohl nur Restbestände. Ich war vor 1,5 Jahren schon einmal da und da war alles sehr gut. “

„The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. The lobby and hallways smelled bad like there’s mold but Im sure that they’ve already addressed this.  ...

„While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right ...

„Ein traumhafter Strand, direkt an den Wohneinheiten. Eine sehr gute Stimmung aufgrund der sich perfekt einfügenden Ausseneinheiten wie Restaurant und Bar. Natur pur. Nicht für Typen zu empfehlen welche 5 Sterne Hotels und Betonburgen bevorzugen. Wenn man zum Essen nicht zu Beginn an kommt sind die Speisen leider lauwarm. War für mich aber kein Problem“
