„Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value.“

Gemütliche Atmosphäre im sehr geräumigen Gastraum....der in unterschiedliche Bereiche unterteilt ist wie z.B. ein Kaminbereich mit schweren Ledersesseln. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet...klein aber alles vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal, das auch auf besondere Wünsche beim Essen eingegangen ist. Die Küche hat einen gut Job gemacht...habe lange kein so gutes Steak gegessen. Was ich ein bisschen ...

„I was only there for 1x night, with my dog (Reggie). Made to feel so welcome, options for dinner etc. Also a lovely welcome pack for Reg ❤️ Lovely warm clean room, a real shame I didn’t get a chance to eat as the restaurant and menu looked good.“

„My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking ...
