„Was in Kinshasa for a Business Trip. For me the hotel Royal was just the perfect place to be. Close to everything I needed to visit and all in all a really great hotel. The internet connection was good (in the point of view of Kongo). The breakfast was good and had a good choice. Especially the employees of the hotel were really super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacy. If I could recommend one point than it would be that I always had the impression that it was a little too dark in ...

„Hotel is inaccessible due to road construction being done in front of the hotel. Canalisation leak, with smelly water floading the road. Also a large high rise building in construction behind the hotel, as result hotel is surrounded by noise night all day. Would not recommend staying there for the next months. Staff is friendly “

„There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made.“
